Kestrel Audio proudly introduces the KT-300, its flagship turntable, designed to deliver a rich and authentic analogue experience. Whether you’re cueing up your very first vinyl record or returning to a well-loved favourite, a Kestrel turntable brings your music to life with warmth, soul, and meaning.

With a large format plinth, upgraded machined components, and Kestrel’s new precision speed controller and isolation platform, the KT-300 offers a listening experience defined by exceptional clarity, tonal depth, and musical timing.

At the heart of the KT-300 is the new TALK A595 carbon fibre uni-pivot tonearm, complete with vertical tracking angle (VTA) and azimuth adjustment. This exceptional carbon tonearm allows for meticulous cartridge alignment, giving audiophiles precise control over tracking performance and sonic character.

Building on the success of the KT-200, the KT-300 features several significant upgrades:

  • A TALK 24V low-noise AC synchronous motor, driven by regenerative sine wave technology for superb speed stability and rotational accuracy.
  • A precision-machined 18mm bearing housing with a ceramic ball to reduce friction and extend lifespan.
  • A clocked anodised aluminium sub-platter, accurate to within 5 microns and finished in gold, ensuring ultra-smooth rotation and consistent pitch.
  • An 18mm machined acrylic platter, delivering added mass and sonic focus.
  • A generously sized 465mm x 365mm plinth, available in a choice of classic real wood veneers (Walnut or Oak) or contemporary satin finishes (Black, White, Powder Blue, or Slate Grey).
  • The Kestrel isolation platform, offering advanced protection from external vibrations.
  • The KSPEED-1 speed controller, enabling precise, electronically controlled speed switching with fine adjustment.

The KT-300 is built not just to perform, but to last. Hand-built by musicians, with care and craftsmanship in Kestrel’s Royal Wootton Bassett workshop, every element of the KT-300 has been machined in-house or sourced from trusted UK-based partners. This local approach ensures exacting standards and consistent quality across every component.

Included as standard:

  • Stainless steel counterweight
  • Clear acrylic Z-type dust cover
  • Quality phono leads and setup accessories

“The KT-300 isn’t just a turntable,” says Kevin Edwards, Director of Kestrel Audio.

“It’s a way of telling your story. Every record holds a memory – a first dance, a long drive, a quiet Sunday morning. We designed the KT-300 to bring those moments back to life. Hand-built here in the UK, it’s made for those who see music not just as sound, but as the soundtrack of who they are. Because a great turntable shouldn’t just play records – it should help you relive the moments that made you.”

At Kestrel Audio, we don’t pre-fit cartridges because we believe your turntable should reflect your unique sound preferences. Every listener is different — some prioritise warmth, others detail, others still the punch of rhythm and bass. By leaving the choice of cartridge to you, we give you the freedom to tailor your sound exactly as you like it. It’s your music, your story — and it should be heard your way.

The KT-300 is available now, directly from Kestrel Audio and through authorised retailers across Europe.
